How do I join the loyalty program?

How can I earn credit?

How do I redeem my credit?
Log in, visit your dashboard, and select the Ways to Redeem section to redeem your credit for rewards.
Where can I see my credit balance?
First, log in to your account! Your credit balance will be highlighted at the top of the loyalty page, account dashboard or at checkout.
Does my credit expire?
Credit will expire after one year if there isn't any account activity.
Do my rewards expire?
Rewards will not expire after the rewards are activated in the account.
What happens to my credit if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the credit you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
When do I get my birthday gift?
On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday credit will be delayed is if your birthday is within 30 days from the day you entered it. This is for fraud protection, and you will still get your credit after approximately 30 days.
I forgot to use my credit at Checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
No, unfortunately credit cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.
